Follow The Directions
01
Step
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10-cup Bundt or fluted tube pan with baking spray; set aside. (5 minutes)
02
Step
In a large resealable food storage bag, combine 2 envelopes of hot cocoa mix and 1/4 cup of sugar. Set aside. (2 minutes)
03
Step
Prepare the glaze by combining the remaining hot cocoa mix and sugar in a small bowl. Whisk in the melted Parkay and milk until thoroughly blended and smooth. (3 minutes)
04
Step
Place half of the biscuit pieces into the bag with the cocoa mixture. Seal the bag and shake gently to coat each piece evenly. (4 minutes)
05
Step
Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour half of the prepared glaze evenly over the biscuits. (3 minutes)
06
Step
Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit pieces and glaze, layering them on top of the first layer in the pan. (4 minutes)
07
Step
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through. (30 minutes)
08
Step
Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting it onto a serving tray. (5 minutes)
09
Step
Pull apart and serve warm with a generous dollop of Reddi-wip.
For an extra touch of decadence, sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts between the layers.
If you don't have a Bundt pan, a regular baking dish will work; just adjust the baking time accordingly.
Feel free to experiment with different flavors of hot cocoa mix for a unique twist.
