For a milder salsa, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños and habanero before roasting and pureeing. Adjust the amount of habanero to your desired spice level. A little goes a long way! If you don't have a grill, you can roast the jalapeños under the broiler in your oven. This salsa is best served chilled with tortilla chips, tacos, or grilled meats. The flavor intensifies over time. For an even richer taste, let it chill overnight.
