For a cheesy variation, sprinkle shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese over the turkey-rice mixture before rolling up the burritos. To make ahead, prepare the filling and cabbage leaves, then assemble the burritos just before cooking. Alternatively, fully assembled burritos can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before grilling. Experiment with different seasonings! A pinch of chili powder or cumin can add a smoky depth to the filling.
