For an even deeper flavor, consider injecting some of the marinade directly into the pork shoulder using a meat injector. If you don't have a grill, you can also roast the pork shoulder in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste occasionally with the marinade. The marinade can be adjusted to your liking. For a spicier kick, add more crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
