Combine all ingredients in a blender. (1 minute)
Cover and blend on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds, or until completely smooth. (1 minute)
Pour the mixture into 8 frozen pop molds (2.5 to 3 ounces each). (2 minutes)
Cover the molds, insert craft sticks, and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm. (2 hours)
