For a richer flavor, use lamb broth instead of water. The longer Fårikål simmers, the more tender the lamb will become and the more the flavors will meld together. Don't be afraid to let it cook for even longer than 3 hours. While traditionally served with boiled potatoes, Fårikål is also delicious with crusty bread to soak up the flavorful broth.
