Allow the pizza dough to reach room temperature for approximately 30 minutes to ensure easy handling.

In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, taking care not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese will provide the best flavor.
