Follow The Directions

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip the pork chops, season the other side with garlic powder and onion powder, and continue baking until the pork is no longer pink in the center and a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 10 minutes more.

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the Doritos mixture.
Ensure the pork chops are evenly coated with the crushed chips for maximum crunch.
Adjust baking time depending on the thickness of the pork chops. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked through.
