For a milder flavor, remove the seeds and membranes from the fresh jalapeno before chopping. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, depending on the sweetness of your cranberries. If you don't have Asiago cheese, Parmesan cheese makes a good substitute. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
