Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, grapefruit juice, water, lemon juice, and sugar. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Remove from heat and allow the citrus mixture to cool completely. Then, transfer to the freezer to chill thoroughly, about 10 minutes.

04

Step

In a separate bowl, gently fold the chopped strawberries into the vanilla yogurt. Chill in the refrigerator. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Spoon approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of the chilled citrus juice into each of the 6 ice pop molds. Freeze for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until partially frozen.

06

Step

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the strawberry-yogurt mixture into each ice pop mold, gently layering it on top of the partially frozen juice. Top with the remaining citrus juice to fill the molds.

07

Step

Return the ice pop molds to the freezer and freeze until completely solid, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

For a more intense citrus flavor, use a variety of citrus fruits like mandarin oranges, blood oranges, or limes.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, depending on the sweetness of your fruit.
To easily remove the pops from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Feel free to experiment with other fruits, such as raspberries, blueberries, or peaches.
