Follow The Directions

01

Step

Brew double-strength tea (using more tea bags than usual) and let steep for 3 minutes. (3 minutes)

02

Step

Stir in the sugar until completely dissolved while the tea is still warm. Set aside to cool completely. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Once the tea is cool, combine it with the orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and lime juice in a large punch bowl or pitcher. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled ginger ale to preserve its fizz. (1 minute)

For a visually appealing punch, garnish with orange slices, lemon wedges, and fresh mint sprigs.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sugar.
If you prefer a less fizzy punch, use ginger ale that has been opened for a little while or substitute with ginger beer for a spicier kick.
Make the tea and juice mixture ahead of time and chill it in the refrigerator. Add the ginger ale just before serving to prevent it from going flat.

I think next time I will try using diet ginger ale to make it even lighter on the sugar.

I added some frozen berries to keep it cold and give it some extra flavor. It was delicious!
