For a sweeter juice, use sweeter varieties of apples like Fuji or Honeycrisp. If you don't have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients with a little water and then strain through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh sieve. Adjust the ratios of fruits and vegetables to your liking. If you prefer a less earthy flavor, use more apples and carrots, and less beet. Adding a small piece of ginger can give this juice an extra zing and boost its anti-inflammatory properties. This juice is best consumed fresh, but it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Some separation may occur.

Oct 22, 2023I found the original recipe a little too tart for my taste, so I added a half of an orange. It was perfect!
