For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of dry white wine to the pan after searing the chicken, before adding the cream. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a tablespoon or two of chicken broth or milk to thin it out. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice to soak up all that delicious sauce. Chicken breasts can be used in place of chicken thighs. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
