For a lighter dressing, substitute half of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt. If you prefer a sweeter coleslaw, add an extra tablespoon of sugar to the dressing. To prevent the grapes from discoloring, toss them with a squeeze of lemon juice before adding them to the salad. Other cheese, such as feta or goat cheese, may be used in place of blue cheese.
