Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Evenly spread the oats in the prepared baking dish. (2 minutes)

03

Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Pour the mixture evenly over the oats. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the oats are softened and the mixture has thickened, approximately 50-55 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly clean. (55 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of vegetable oil.
Add your favorite toppings like fresh berries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup after baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven.

The tips were super helpful, especially the one about covering it with foil to prevent burning.
