For a richer flavor, brown the butter slightly before adding the lime juice and spices. If you prefer a sweeter topping, maple syrup can be substituted for the lime butter. A blend of both is also delicious! Delicata squash skin is edible, but you can peel it after baking if desired. Adjust the amount of chili powder based on your spice preference. A pinch of cayenne pepper can also be added for extra heat.
