Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cranberries, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly distributed. (5 minutes)

03

Step

In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider, eggs, and vegetable oil until lightly frothy. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. (1 minute)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. (45 minutes)

07

Step

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. (10 minutes)

For a richer flavor, try using apple cider that is unfiltered and has a deeper color.
To toast the walnuts, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant. Let cool before chopping.
If you don't have walnuts, you can substitute pecans, almonds, or any other nut you like.
The bread can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
