Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Mix well until evenly distributed. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Place the pork tenderloin on a cutting board. Drizzle with olive oil, then generously rub the spice mixture all over the surface, ensuring it's fully coated. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Position the tenderloin diagonally in the basket, ensuring it lies flat. (1 minute)

04

Step

Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes to sear the outside. Then, reduce the temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue cooking until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 140 degrees F (60 degrees C), approximately 12 to 15 minutes. (17-20 minutes)

05

Step

Remove the tenderloin from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful final product. The internal temperature should reach 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) during this time. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Slice the pork tenderloin into ¾-inch thick medallions and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle with honey just before serving. (5 minutes)

For best results, allow the pork tenderloin to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure accurate cooking. Pork tenderloin is safe to eat at 145°F (63°C).
Adjust cooking time based on the size and thickness of your tenderloin.
If you like a little more heat, increase the amount of crushed red pepper.

Be careful not to overcook it! My first attempt was a little dry, but I adjusted the cooking time and it was perfect the second time.
