Pour in the tomato sauce and add the pressed garlic. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer gently. (15 minutes)

Stir in the mascarpone cheese until it is fully incorporated and the sauce is creamy. Continue to simmer, uncovered, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. (15 minutes)

Remove from heat and season with a pinch of dried basil. Stir well before serving. (1 minute)

For an even richer flavor, consider using ground beef with a slightly higher fat content. Remember to drain off any excess grease during cooking.
Adjust the amount of harissa paste according to your spice preference. A little goes a long way!
Fresh basil can be used in place of dried basil. Add it at the very end for the best flavor.
Serve over your favorite pasta – spaghetti, pappardelle, or rigatoni all work beautifully. Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of indulgence.
