For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk. Adjust the amount of sweetener to your personal preference. Feel free to experiment with other spices, such as cardamom or nutmeg. If you don't have an immersion blender, you can use a regular blender – just be careful when blending hot liquids. For an iced latte, simply chill the milk mixture and pour over ice with the espresso.
