Follow The Directions

01

Step
1 mins

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, and minced fresh ginger root to the hot oil. Cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.

02

Step
7 mins

Add ground pork to the skillet, breaking it into small pieces with the back of a wooden spoon. Pour soy sauce over the pork. Cook and stir until the pork is completely browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.

03

Step
5 mins

Stir in frozen peas and cook until they are softened, around 3-5 minutes.

04

Step
3 mins

Gently fold in the drained and bite-size pieces of soft tofu. Cook until the tofu is heated through, about 3 minutes.

05

Step
1 mins

In a separate bowl, whisk together water, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and ground white pepper. Gently stir this mixture into the skillet with the pork and tofu.

06

Step
5 mins

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency, approximately 5 minutes.

For a richer flavor, try using ground chicken or turkey instead of pork.
Add a splash of sesame oil at the end for enhanced aroma.
If you prefer a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the garlic and ginger.
