Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
5 mins

In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, dried minced onion, parsley, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and olive oil. Toss thoroughly until the potatoes are evenly coated with the mixture. (5 minutes)

03

Step
2 mins

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single, even layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. (2 minutes)

04

Step
45 mins

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the potatoes to ensure even browning, and continue to bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. (45 minutes)

For extra crispiness, consider placing the baking sheet under the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor profile to your liking. Smoked paprika, rosemary, or thyme would all be excellent additions.
Using Yukon Gold potatoes will result in a creamier texture compared to Russet potatoes.
