Add 1/3 of the cooked ground beef and 1/3 of the fresh spinach. Dollop 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat these layers, using 1/2 of the goat cheese in the second layer. Repeat all the layers once more, finishing with the remaining mozzarella and goat cheese on top.

Recipe View 55 mins Cover the top of the lasagna loosely with aluminum foil. Gently lower the springform pan onto the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure and set the timer for 20 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally (this may take 10 to 40 minutes). Unlock and remove the lid.

06 Step

Recipe View 5 mins Carefully transfer the springform pan to a baking sheet. Broil until the cheese on top is lightly browned and bubbling (approximately 5 minutes). Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

For a richer flavor, try using a combination of ground beef and Italian sausage.
Don't overfill the springform pan, as the lasagna will expand during cooking.
If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a heat-safe bowl, but it may be more difficult to remove the lasagna.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and vegetables to customize your lasagna.
To prevent the foil from sticking to the cheese during broiling, lightly spray it with cooking spray.

I added some mushrooms and ricotta cheese, and it was even better! Thanks for the great recipe!

The natural pressure release is key to a great texture. I tried quick release once, and the lasagna was a bit watery.
