For a richer flavor, try drizzling the mushrooms with a little truffle oil or balsamic glaze after grilling. Experiment with different cheeses! Asiago or Pecorino Romano would also be delicious. If you don't have a grill, you can achieve a similar result by pan-searing the mushrooms in a hot skillet with a little olive oil.
