For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of sugar for at least 30 minutes before stir-frying.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables like broccoli florets, snow peas, or carrots.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preferred level of spiciness.
Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
