For a richer flavor, use olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference. This marinade is excellent for chicken, pork, beef, fish, or vegetables. For best results, marinate protein for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Marinate vegetables for 15-30 minutes. Feel free to experiment with other herbs such as oregano, basil, or marjoram.
