For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Be careful not to overbake the cheesecake, as this can cause it to dry out. Cooling the cheesecake slowly in the oven is crucial to prevent cracks. If cracks do appear, don't worry – you can easily cover them with your favorite garnishes. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs or almond flour for the crust. If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular cake pan, but be sure to line it with parchment paper, with some overhang to easily lift the cheesecake out after chilling.
