For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of yogurt, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Adjust the amount of curry powder to suit your spice preference. Start with less and add more to taste.
Serve over a bed of fluffy rice, quinoa, or couscous for a complete and satisfying meal. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley for a pop of color.
