In a high-speed blender, combine soy milk, avocado, chocolate syrup, tahini, vanilla extract, and stevia.

Carefully pour the mixture into 4 ice pop molds, dividing evenly.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. (4 hours)

To release the ice pops, briefly run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate syrup or add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
If you don't have ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups and popsicle sticks.
For a touch of saltiness, add a pinch of sea salt to the mixture before blending.
