02

Step
3 mins

Blend on high speed until the dressing is perfectly smooth and creamy. (Blending time: 2-3 minutes)

03

Step
1 mins

Transfer the dressing to an airtight container. (Transfer time: 1 minute)

04

Step
30 mins

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen. (Chill time: 30+ minutes)

For a vegan option, substitute the yogurt with a plant-based alternative like soy or coconut yogurt.
Adjust the amount of red onion to your liking. For a milder flavor, soak the minced onion in cold water for 10 minutes before adding it to the blender.
If you don't have ginger paste, you can use freshly grated ginger. Start with 1 tablespoon and adjust to taste.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
This dressing is also delicious as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish.

This dressing is absolutely amazing! It's so easy to make and tastes better than anything I've had in a restaurant.

I was skeptical about the ketchup, but it adds a subtle sweetness that balances the other flavors perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again.
