For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the rice mixture. If you don't have walnuts on hand, pine nuts or almonds make an excellent substitute. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese in the filling. Mozzarella or provolone would also work well. Adjust air frying time according to the size of your tomatoes and the power of your air fryer.
