Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

02

Step

Cook the Lasagna Noodles (8 minutes): Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Break lasagna noodles into 4-5 pieces and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

03

Step

Prepare the Chicken Alfredo Mixture (5 minutes): Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in Alfredo sauce and cook for 1 minute. Stir in chicken, 2/3 cup mozzarella, and basil (if using). Remove from heat and stir in cooked pasta.

04

Step

Assemble the Lasagna (5 minutes): Drizzle remaining olive oil over a 18 x 13-inch rimmed baking sheet. Pour lasagna mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Dollop ricotta randomly over the pasta and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

05

Step

Bake (25 minutes): Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned and bubbly.

06

Step

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

For a richer flavor, use homemade Alfredo sauce.
Add vegetables such as mushrooms or zucchini to the spinach mixture for extra nutrients.
To prevent sticking, lightly grease the sheet pan before drizzling with olive oil.
Adjust baking time as needed to achieve desired level of browning.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
